Cookie management policy

When you connect to our website, SPHERE may install cookies on your terminal. Some cookies are subject to your prior consent and will only be stored if you have accepted them. To ensure that the personal data we collect and process is transparent to you, this cookie policy explains what a cookie is, what types of cookie are used, for what purpose, who the recipients of the data collected are and how you can manage these cookies.

What is a cookie ?

A “cookie” is a piece of information stored on your device when you browse a website. It allows your device to be identified each time you visit the aforementioned website.

A cookie is a small text file stored on the hard drive of an Internet user’s terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you browse a website, an advertisement is displayed, an email is read, or software or a mobile app is installed or used, regardless of the type of terminal used.

When you connect to a website or browse a mobile app, a cookie may be sent to your browser by the website or app being used. Your web browser will store it for a certain period of time, and send it back to the web server each time you reconnect.

Our commitments

SPHERE uses the Axeptio solution to manage the collection of consent or refusal to store or read cookies and to respect your right to withdraw consent.

We are committed to protect your privacy and would like to reassure you that simply visiting our website and whether or not you decide to continue browsing does not imply acceptance and does not lead to the installation of cookies that require your prior consent.

Unless you have accepted them, no cookies subject to prior consent will be stored or read on your terminal. Refusal to give your consent or absence of a decision does not prevent you from accessing our website.

How long does my choice (consent or refusal) last ?

Your choice to install cookies is valid for six months after they are first placed on your terminal. At the end of this period, your choice will be requested again. You can also change your mind at any time by clicking on the icon in the bottom left-hand corner of any page on our website and then on “Manage my cookies”.

They cannot be deactivated by default. The data collected by these cookies is kept for the duration of your session.

By law, all the following cookies require your prior consent. On your first visit to the Site, a banner will inform you of the presence of these cookies and invite you to indicate your choice. They will only be stored if you accept them.
